3AM ("we", "us") operates try3am.com, a self-guided sleep program based on CBT-I techniques. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
We use a small number of service providers to operate the product (email delivery, payment processing, hosting, and AI-generated feedback on your diary entries). They process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide the service.
On these selected public pages, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Accept analytics. Before opt-in or on a page load without a saved opt-in, this integration does not load the Google tag, make a Google Analytics request, or set a Google Analytics cookie. Each page checks a saved opt-in with a fresh write/readback challenge and checks the tab-session withdrawal marker before automatic loading. If either check is unavailable or fails, analytics stays off. With consent, this site sends one explicit page_view per selected page; Google Analytics may also send technical session events such as session_start and user_engagement. The tag uses a neutral title, the page origin and path only, and an empty referrer; it does not send query strings, fragments, assessment answers, sleep diary entries, form contents, account details, safety information, or a direct user ID. Google may process standard browser/device/network request data and use pseudonymous analytics identifiers or cookies. The stream's Enhanced Measurement and advertising signals remain disabled. Your versioned choice is saved in local storage. Reject analytics immediately disables the tag on this page and attempts to save a persistent rejection and a separate tab-session withdrawal marker. If both storage mechanisms refuse the withdrawal, analytics remains off on this page, but a previous opt-in may be recognized again on a later page if storage becomes writable; you may need to reject again if prompted. This browser cannot guarantee a choice it refuses to store. We also make a best-effort attempt to remove GA cookies for this domain and common paths. A request already sent or in progress, and data already received by Google, cannot be recalled. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We keep your account data while you use the product. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below), and we will.
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR in the UK/EU and CCPA in California), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, email us at support@try3am.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
3AM is an educational self-help program. It is not medical care and we are not a healthcare provider. Information you share with us is not a medical record.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, notify you by email.
